SUMMARY:T1RC 1 Year Anniversary x La Cabra ft. Manhattan Summer Street
LOCATION:Apple Fifth Avenue
GEO:40.76312;-73.97404
DESCRIPTION:One year ago\, on the first Saturday of August 2025\, Tie One R
un Club was born. What started as a few passionate runners exploring the b
eautiful spots of NYC has grown\, over the past year\, into a community bo
und by a shared love of running.\n\nTo celebrate our 1-year anniversary\,
we’re teaming up with La Cabra Bakery 🥐 We’ll be pre-ordering their
signature pastries based on RSVPs\, so they can give us a special discoun
t and set aside their sell-out pastries for us to pick up right after our
run.\n\nThe route: We’ll meet at the Apple Fifth Avenue at 8:30 AM\, rec
reating our very first meetup spot from a year ago. From there\, we run do
wn Park Ave along Manhattan’s Summer Streets.\n\nBoth the short and full
route groups run together to Cooper Square. There\, the short route (3.2
mi / 5.2 km) group turns left toward 2nd Ave\, while the full route (6 mi
/ 9.7 km) group continues to the end of Summer Streets at City Hall before
looping back.\n\nAfterward\, we’ll refuel with some delicious pastries
together. Cost will land between $5–$10 per person\, depending on RSVP n
umbers.\n\nRSVP on Strava via the link in our bio so we can lock in the pa
stry count — it’s the only way to reserve your bake before they’re g
one. Come celebrate one year with us — tie one on and run together!\n\nh
